Re-Branding - My role was to host brand workshop, curate mood and colour boards. Create Design system and Brand Guidelines with collaboration to client on site.

First step we took to rebrand the portal, update design guidelines for online and offline deliverables. Create and generate new design system.

Understanding Brand

  • Group interview : We Interviewed five Frontline leaders, including the CTO, CEO, as we were looking for the most relevant answers on which they all agree, and we didn't miss any detail. Also to understand

  • Who the are as Leaders, what makes their brand unique?

  • Where they see the opportunities?

  • What vision they hold and how brand will evolve around the globe?

  • Why are they doing and what they are doing? And how?

The design system, updated on zero height for easy access among all teams.

Learn tool- my role was to reimagine learn tool

Understanding Learn tool and integrating features like virtually enabled learning, live quiz and adding easy approval from admin side. The design also focused on utilising LAICA in creative ways. The Covid situation helped me reimagine learn tool from different perspectives. After two weeks of brainstorming and understanding existing app features and vocabulary like action packs, coaching drills, and learning sets, the following system map was created.
